Málaga-style Clams
Dear friends: Here you are a delicious recipe made of clams and popular wisdom.
INDREDIENTS: 500 g of clams, four spoonfuls of olive oil, one onion, two cloves of garlic, one spoonful of flour, one glass of white wine, sweet paprika, parsley, fish stock, salt and pepper.
UTENSILS: a casserole, a knife, a sieve.
STEPS: Wash the clams well, removing all the sand. Fry lightly in a casserole the chopped garlic, onion and parsley. Then add the flour, the paprika, the wine, some fish stock and season with salt and pepper. Let it come to the boil at a low heat for some minutes. Add the clams and cook on a low heat until the clams open and become tender.
